Tim, the company's managing director, started in the finance and investment industry in 1985. Originally based in New Plymouth, he covered all aspects of financing until the late 80's when he focused on commercial property. In 1998, he relocated to Wellington to service the large base of investors and developers within the city.
His meticulous approach to all projects and transactions has lead him to build both intimate knowledge, and establish many very long standing relationships with lenders and borrowers throughout the country.
